Mr Rohan Gillespie
Rohan is the Managing Director of Energy Infrastructure and Resources Limited.
Rohan has over 25 years experience in business building and project development the resources and renewable energy sector including CBM, gasification and fuel cell technologies. He built BHP Billiton’s CSM business from inception to $150m value in three years, at Renewable Energy Corporation he secured alliances across three continents in support of a $200m opportunity pipeline and developed business model for a 5MW renewable energy product and raised $35m equity from domestic and international investors for Ceramic Fuel Cells Ltd, and developed their market entry strategy.
His played an integral role at the Commonwealth Bank for over $1.2m of debt funding across corporate and structured finance products.
Rohan has an MBA from the University of Queensland 1991 and a BEng (Civil) from the University of Queensland 1981.
Mr Angus Edgar
Angus has been employed in the finance / stockbroking industry for 24 years since 1985 with the majority of that time employed with various stockbroking companies. During that period he has been directly involved with providing corporate advisory services to private and ASX listed companies and the listing of several new companies onto ASX. Angus is a Director of Melbourne Capital Limited, a corporate advisory company, and an Executive Director of Transol Corporation Limited, an ASX listed company.
Mr Bretton Cooper
Bretton has 30 years experience in the funding and development of new business. Bretton initiated and developed the $200 million (approximately) Internal Park Group and initiated the development of The Australian Sustainable Investment Fund with James Feilding Group (now Mirvac).
Bretton has been involved in the commercialization of the Aramax building system and was an initial shareholder and director in Regional Infrastructure Pty Ltd (a developer of regional saleyards) and Energy Infrastructure and Resources Limited, a company that specializes in incubating low emission energy businesses focusing on coal bed methane, carbon capture and storage, renewable electricity and clean coal.
Bretton has core competencies in designing and implementing strategic partnerships with large and prominent companies to implement project opportunities in the infrastructure and low emissions areas.
